As a Junior Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing essential administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to grow their career in office administration.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing documents. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering new supplies as needed. Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital. Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Perform data entry and update databases with accurate information. Support the team with additional tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Office Administration or related field is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional attitude and appearance. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
