Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and providing exceptional support to Directors, staff and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical duties, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible.
Support accounts with financial record-keeping and invoicing as required.
Organise office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
Support inventory management by tracking office supplies, stock, catering equipment and placing orders when necessary.
Foster a positive work environment by assisting colleagues with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Experience in HR preferred.
Experience in staff rostering preferred.
Proficiency in accounts processes and software is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
