We're looking for an Office Administrator with experience in Xero accounting software to join our growing team!

Location: Woodmancote, Brighton



Job Type: Permanent, full-time (45 hours per week including 30 minute paid lunch)



What will your role involve?

Working in an upbeat and friendly office environment. Generating invoices with Xero accounting software. Inbound and outbound calls with customers. Scheduling engineers' diaries using our internal job management system - training provided. Ordering materials.
What are we looking for?

Experience working in an office environment, making and receiving customer calls. Experience in Xero accounting software. Experience in the drainage/construction industry is ideal but not essential.
What will you get?
