We are a supported living provider with an office and skills centre, delivering high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are a growing organisation with a friendly, positive culture. We are now looking for a highly organised, quick and efficient office administrator to support our Directors and management team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position, works fast and accurately, and is happy to help with anything needed.
The Role
As our office administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and practical support to the Directors, Registered Manager, and Deputy Manager. You will need to work at a good pace, stay on top of multiple tasks, and keep things moving without needing to be chased.
This includes diary management, answering phones, updating systems, preparing documents, taking minutes, and helping with general office tasks. We want someone who is confident and capable, but also flexible and down-to-earth -- someone who is just as comfortable updating care systems as they are making coffees for a meeting.
