The role of the Office Administrator is to support the daily administrative tasks of the Eagle business - for example, but not limited to, responding to emails, answering the telephone, handling enquiries and finding / offering the best solutions to what our clients are looking for, generating quotes and responsible for checking artwork proofs prior to client approval.

Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong IT skills - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Sage is desirable.
Administration skills - responding to emails, filing, processing and responding to enquiries, producing quotations for customers, etc.

Adept in Technology
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills - ability to prioritise and effective time management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
A professional appearance.
