We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to staff and clients. This position requires a proactive individual with good attention to detail and organisational skills who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining up-to-date advertising listings / online media.
Utilise software for financial record-keeping, invoicing and stock systems as needed.
Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning documents and image editing.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain office and workshop supplies inventory and order new supplies as required.
Support the team with administrative tasks
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Experience with managing customer accounts is advantageous but not essential.
Solid administrative skills with a background in office management preferred.
Competence in using computerised systems and applications.
Phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Strong clerical skills to assist in various office functions.
