Full Time/part time Office Position 4 - 5 day week Negotiable
The Job will entail some or all of the following:
SALES:
Answering phones and dealing with customers. Dealing with Emails in a timely matter. Giving quotations and stock supply of products. Inputting orders and processing invoices. Taking payments over the phone and face to face. Ringing customers when orders are ready.
Inputting orders invoices etc onto Sage Line 50 Accounts system.
Occasionally: marking Cheques and payments off customers on computer.
Processing Bank Lodgements.
Excel and word packages and Using Internet and email as required.
Sage 50 Accounts experience is very desirable.
It is Essential to be able to work on own initiative.
It is Essential to be a good communicator and work well as part of a team.
As an Office Administrator, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy office environment.
Any other duties required in a busy office environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 416.00-507.00 per week
