Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics and Compliance Office Administrator to support our recruitment and production functions.

In this role, you will act as the glue between operations and compliance, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely business processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced company known for its energy, creativity, and excellence. This role is fully office based.

Key Responsibilities



Report directly to the Recruitment Manager and Senior Operations Manager to assist with daily business functions and office co-ordination.

Request and collate compliance documentation for new hires for various cruise lines, which have different requirements.

Issue contracts and associated paperwork as required.

Arrange accommodation and travel for rehearsals, auditions, cast members, and HQ staff.

Liaise with Port Agents, Pursers and Ship Coordinators regarding movement of PEEL teams.

Handle and direct telephone calls and general queries in conjunction with the back-office team.

Liaise with finance to manage recharges and purchase orders.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment paperwork and training certificates.

Any other administrative, logistics and compliance tasks to ensure candidates embark and disembark cruise lines in line with SLAs.

General office administration tasks such as but not limited to: ordering stationary and office stock, coordinating with vendors and service providers, booking cleaners for Peel properties.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in administration to an exceptional standard.

Knowledge or experience in the entertainment or cruise industry is highly desirable but not essential.

Extremely organised and adaptable with a strong attention to detail with documentation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Flexible and responsive to last-minute changes in travel or scheduling. Some of this may be out of office hours.

Excellent communication and telephone skills.

A proactive, can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset.

Eager to learn rules and regulations in line with company policy.

Proficient with Microsoft Packages and inhouse systems.

Communication both written and verbal.

An understanding of GDPR or relevant data privacy regulations and importance of data protection awareness.

You must hold a valid driving license for this position.

Full-time permanent opportunity, 40 hours per week.

28 days annual leave (including flexible bank holiday options). Increasing by 1 day per year after 2 years of service has been completed.
