Office Administrator

Main responsibilities



Processing sales orders, credit notes and delivery dockets on SAGE Printing cake toppers Updating time & attendance system Managing holiday requests Ordering stationary Handle incoming phone calls

Essential Criteria



Previous experience in an administrative role Strong organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and handle confidential information High attention to detail and multitasking ability
