Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical duties, ensuring all information is up to date.
Utilise Microsoft Office to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Foster a positive office environment by maintaining an organised workspace and assisting colleagues as needed.
Experience
Previous office experience is essential, with a strong understanding of administrative functions.
Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
