Hours: 25 hours per week - Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm, and Friday, 9am to
12pm (hours may increase during busy periods)

Coventry Property Surveys Limited is an established and growing firm of RICS
Surveyors providing residential and commercial surveying services across the
Midlands. Our work includes building surveys, Home Buyer Reports, EPCs, asbestos
and legionella risk assessments, and floor plans. We pride ourselves on
professionalism, accuracy, and excellent customer service, and are now seeking a
capable Office Administrator to join our busy team.
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on administrative position that plays a key part in the
smooth running of the business. You will be the first point of contact for clients,
managing calls, emails, and general enquiries with professionalism and care. The
role involves supporting surveyors with report preparation, scheduling, and data
entry, while maintaining accurate, compliant, and well-organised administrative
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client enquiries by phone and email in a prompt and professional manner.
Schedule surveys and maintain the company diary.
Prepare and format reports and documents for surveyor review.
Maintain accurate records, invoices, and project files.
Assist with marketing activities, including updating social media and client
databases.
Provide general administrative support to the Director and surveying team.
About You
We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, and well-organised, with the
ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail. You
should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident
using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience within a property, surveying, or professional services environment is
desirable but not essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment
to quality are most important. Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be
advantageous.
Requirements
Strong administrative or customer service background.
Confident computer user with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Clear and professional telephone manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
