Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks
Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Checking and submitting NHS paperwork
Organise and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of information
Support team members with administrative tasks as required, fostering a collaborative work environment
Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work
Prior clerical experience is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of office procedures
