The Office Administrator position is a key member of the Specialist Medical Transport team. This individual will be working closely with the head office finance department. This includes general office support, clerical duties and some administrative duties . This individual will also be responsible for assisting with special projects as directed by head office.
Essential Functions:
Receives and distributes incoming calls, emails etc.
Receives and dealing with customer inquiries, invoices, and other customer support documents as needed.
Preparing invoice runs
Maintains confidentiality of all client confidential information.
Performs other duties as assigned by head office.
Requirements:
GCSE's A-C or 9-6
Computer Literate, Microsoft office
Attention to Detail
1-2 years of previous office administrator experience preferred.
