We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our trade services office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work primarily from our office, with occasional opportunities to work from home.
About the Role:
In this versatile position, you'll be the welcoming face of our company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll need to be confident in managing multiple tasks, communicating effectively, and working independently in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
Answering and making calls, managing emails and mail
Coordinating bookings via our diary system and liaising with clients and external professionals
General administrative duties including scanning, filing, shredding, and drafting correspondence and contracts
Maintaining employee holiday records and managing payroll using QuickBooks
Creating estimates and invoices, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping
Overseeing the maintenance, safety, and legal compliance of company vehicles
Managing appointment scheduling, ensuring timely ordering of materials, and liaising with suppliers and the engineering team
Arranging travel and accommodation for long-distance projects
Following up on outstanding invoices politely and professionally
Assisting with employee onboarding procedures and induction sessions
Collaborating closely with Directors and other team members
