The Administrator will assist the Marketing team and be involved in all areas of the department. The main purpose of the position is to handle daily marketing queries as well as support the launch of campaigns and new products. It is a varied and fast paced role which requires strong communication skills both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills with the ability to work on multiple projects to support the wider marketing team. This will involve using systems to record and track activity, updating data and producing reports.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
To be the first point of contact for enquires into the marketing team via email and phone
To communicate with retailers and the sales team as needed, working with other departments and sharing updates as required.
Assist with new launches, product management and new campaigns, tracking progress and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
Administration of product information to share with retailers
Work with the marketing and design team to action bespoke store requests and track/maintain a record of requests.
Support with Viridian charity donations, maintaining records, organising information and researching charity nominations to ensure compliance.
Support with company events and trade shows with attendance at events as required.
Monitor promotional items and order when required, ensuring products meet ethical and quality criteria.
Creating concise and effective design briefs for the design team.
Support with social media as needed.
Action website updates as needed.
Collation of market data in a monthly report (images, store feedback, competitor activity)
