We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team In a busy transport office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Responsibilities
Helping with daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. From the vehicle tracking system.
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets.
Provide clerical support such as filing.
Support other administrative functions as required to enhance overall productivity.
Assist with vehicle driving duties (LGV license advantageous)
Experience
Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
Proficient computer skills are required.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
