Job Description

Part-time Garage administrator required for a busy small motor repair workshop in central Edinburgh.

2 days a week - Thursday to Friday. Hours 8am - 5pm.

Duties:


Duties include booking in and parking customer's vehicles, updating customers face-to-face and over the phone, ordering parts over the phone and online, invoicing using our garage software system and general office management.

Skills:



Proficiency with MS Office essential.

The job may require you to park customer's cars so you should have a clean drivers licence.

Ability to work as part of a small team

Multi-tasking skills essential

A knowledge or interest in cars would be advantageous

Please note, the job is within a busy mechanical workshop which can be dusty and oily. A uniform can be provided.
