Office Administrator - McGregor Electrical
McGregor Electrical is a busy and growing electrical company. We're looking for a friendly, organised Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Take job bookings from clients and property managers.
Allocate jobs to our electricians and update our job system.
Communicate with staff, clients, and tenants to confirm schedules.
Keep records accurate and up-to-date.
Support the team with general office tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Previous office admin experience (property management experience a plus).
Great organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
