Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Answer and direct phone calls with professional phone etiquette
Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules for staff members
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Handle incoming emails and correspondence efficiently
Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and expense tracking
Assist with customer service duties, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative background
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
Demonstrated data entry skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
Previous clerical experience preferred but not essential; training will be provided for specific systems used within the organisation
