IT Valley London is currently seeking a talented and motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding business objectives, analyzing processes, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, enhance systems, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee general office operations, including facilities management and procurement of supplies and services.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update company records, filing systems, and internal databases.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and various departments.
Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding of new employees and upkeep of personnel records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective office services.
Monitor office inventory and place orders for necessary equipment or materials.
Ensure office compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety regulations, and data protection protocols.
Support in creating and managing documentation, reports, and internal communication.
Skills & Qualification Required:
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office management tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of health & safety and data protection compliance is preferred.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
