Job summary
We're looking for a reliable and organised office administrator to join our team on-site at Enfield Chase. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys admin work, is happy working in a construction site office, and wants to be part of a long-term project with daily variety.
This is a full-time, site-based position with ongoing work expected for the foreseeable future. Full support and on-the-job training will be provided by the department head to help you settle into the role and understand what's required.
Job description
o Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks, printing, and data entry
o Maintain accurate records and files using computerised systems
o Utilise provided programs for basic document creation, record tracking, and internal task lists
o Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating good phone etiquette
o Assist with simple bookkeeping tasks and basic tracking of project forms (training provided)
o Support the site team with administrative follow-ups, including sending forms and chasing missing information
o Help organise and store project-related paperwork in the correct files and folders
o Ensure the site office is kept clean, organised, and well-stocked for daily use
o Work closely with the site team to support general compliance tasks and keep reporting checklists updated
o Carry out other admin duties as required by site management
What we're looking for
o Good attention to detail and a methodical way of working
o Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
o Confident communicating by phone and email
o Punctual, dependable, and happy to work as part of a small team

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.50 per hour
