We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various clerical tasks. This position requires proficiency in multitasking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Position involves:
Act as the point of contact between the Partner and their clients and the wider team.
Screen telephone calls and handle enquiries.
Greeting visitors, dealing with outgoing post.
Provide administrative support such as drafting letters/emails/scanning/filing.
Preparing engagement/disengagement letters.
Work collaboratively and flexibly with the wider internal support team to maintain phone and reception cover.
Maintaining control spreadsheets and databases.
Company Secretarial admin-based tasks.
Communication with HMRC as required.
Invoicing.
Credit Control
Assisting with marketing.
Assist with other general office duties as required.
Requirements and skills:
A proactive and positive approach to work and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Attention to detail and professionalism in the delivery of high-quality work.
Highly proficient MS Office such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Discretion and confidentiality maintained at all times
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Previous experience working in an accounting profession an advantage.
