The Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Reception & Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is confident managing a variety of administrative tasks.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience, while also providing vital support to our Sales and Client Operations teams.
Key Responisbilites
Reception and Front of House
1. Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
2. Maintain a clean, well-presented reception area and ensure it is fully stocked with necessary supplies.
3. Answer all incoming telephone calls and route them to the relevant departments.
4. Order and manage stock replenishments for office supplies, including kitchen items, stationery, and ad hoc purchases for both the Warehouse and Head Office.
5. Manage weekly food shopping for the office, including placing orders, receiving deliveries, and ensuring items are unpacked and stored correctly.
6. Coordinate weekly staff lunch orders with our food provider, including processing orders, labelling items, and storing them appropriately in fridges.
Sales and Customer Service Administration
7. Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including uploading invoices to customer portals.
8. Assist with customer service queries and ensure prompt and effective resolution.
9. Direct customer enquiries to the appropriate departments and liaise with internal teams as needed.
10. Provide cover and support for sales administration tasks as and when required.
11. Provide general administrative assistance to members of the Client Operations Team.
12. Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the wider team.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or front-of-house role, ideally within a sales or customer-facing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using customer portals.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
