We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills with good attention to detail to ensure the smooth running of office operations
Duties
- Assist with office activities and operations to ensure efficiency
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist the commercial manager with managing orders and emails
- Manage application for payments and cross reference with quality control sign off sheets
-Request variation orders
-Manage employee personal data ensuring training and certification is kept up to date
- Handle phone calls with professionalism
-Book and organise customer care
-Liaise with clients
-Be able to work in a construction environment
- Ability to unload a pallet with a forklift would be an advantage however not necessary (training could be given)
- The willingness to make a cup of tea or paint the office if you run out of things to do advantageous !
Qualifications; none specific
- Good organisational skills
- Can do attitude to work
9am - 3pm 3 days a week, this can be flexible to suit.
Driving licence preferred but not essential
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
