Clarach Bay Services LTD, a family-run waste management business with 40 years of industry experience, is seeking an additional Office Administrator to join our busy office. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient waste management solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
Be self-motivated and proactive in daily tasks.
Quote for and arrange the delivery, servicing, and payment of skips.
Coordinate the servicing of commercial waste and recycling collections.
Handle compliance documentation and waste reports.
Requirements
Prior experience with IT systems, including Sage, Xero, and Microsoft Office. Training will be provided for industry-specific software.
Friendly and down-to-earth personality with a confident telephone manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
