We are a North London-based bridging lending company. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, and organised Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations and loan processing.

Skills & Experience



Essential



Strong written and spoken English Excellent attention to detail and organisation Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to handle confidential information professionally Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Maintaining accurate records and filing (digital and paper) Allowed to work in the UK

Desirable



Paralegal experience in a specific area (e.g., property, litigation) Process-oriented Experience with case management systems Knowledge of legal compliance (AML, KYC) Knowledge of loan processing & conveyancing

Personal Attributes



Professional and calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and client-friendly Good judgement and willingness to learn
