Monarch Transport Limited are seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our office by supporting various administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:
Processing supplier invoices.
Raising customer invoices.
Creating new supplier and customer accounts on our bespoke CRM
Liaising with suppliers via email and telephone to obtain paperwork.
Scheduling supplier payments.
Investigate and conclude supplier queries.
Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Hours of work are 20 Monday to Friday (can be flexible with days/times)
Salary is 13.00 per hour (paid weekly)
