We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is essential for maintaining efficient administrative processes and providing excellent support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised workspace
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
Assist with clerical duties including filing, typing, and document preparation
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks
Maintain financial records using Xero, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
Organise meetings and appointments, coordinating schedules effectively
Experience
Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with Xero is advantageous but not mandatory
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications
Experience in data entry and clerical tasks is highly valued
Some knowledge in Construction industry would be an advantage
