Overview


We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The main duties will include Sales Order Processing, Invoicing, Despatching and Monitoring Stock Levels. This position requires proficiency in office software and strong communication skills to support our team effectively.

Duties



Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and organising documents.

Experience



This position would suit someone who is looking to learn and develop within a small office environment. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks and able to use initiative are essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
