We are seeking an Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks within our production facility. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the wider team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Since bringing our manufacturing in-house, strong organisational and communication skills are key to helping us maintain efficiency and productivity.

Job Summary:
As our
Office Administrator
you will report directly to the General Production Manager and be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office tasks in our manufacturing facility. This role requires a positive, can-do attitude and strong organisational skills. You will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, working to ensure all administration tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Full training will be provided.
Role and Responsibilities:
Methodically collect and collate all Return-to Work, Advisories and report missing people from start of shift.
Efficiently manage employee absence, meticulously recording and reporting data, and ensuring that Return-to-Work protocols are rigorously followed.
Support with processing holiday and leave requests promptly and accurately
Weekly filing of all paperwork/works order collated from the lab and packing area
Support with registering daily numbers
Raising non - stock purchase orders
Supporting purchasing and planning team when required.
General office support/duties.
Proficiently record and document minutes during meetings and discussions.
Managing seasonal bonuses
Conduct daily walkarounds, providing prompt responses to employees' inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, pay-related matters, and other relevant topics.
Proficiently manage procurement processes, including ordering stationery, office equipment, and other necessary supplies online.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience working in an administration role is desirable.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanour
Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure
Proficient typing skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive and can-do attitude.
Good understanding and writing in English and Maths to C grade GSCE or Equivalent
