We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
Assist in bookkeeping tasks using , Sage including invoicing and expense tracking.
Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Utilise Outlook for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support various projects.
Skills
Strong administrative and clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in QuickBooks ,Sage and Outlook applications is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Social media experience but not essential
