Home Counties Loft Ladders is a well-established local business providing loft ladder installations, flooring, and insulation solutions across the Home Counties. Known for our friendly service and high standards of workmanship, we're growing and looking to add a key member to our team.

Job Overview



We're looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to coordinate the diaries of our quoting specialists and fitting teams. You'll be the central point of communication between our customers and our team, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process while handling general enquiries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities



Schedule appointments for quotations and installations, ensuring efficient route planning and time management

Liaise with customers by phone and email to confirm, amend, or reschedule appointments

Manage and update multiple calendars to avoid overlaps and maximise productivity

Provide clear and timely communication between customers and our field team

Handle incoming enquiries, offering helpful and accurate information about our services

Maintain accurate records of appointments, job details, and customer interactions, including invoicing and payments, using our CRM

Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Experience



Proven experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role (preferably in a trade or service-based environment)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Confident using scheduling software, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

A friendly and professional attitude
