An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our independent family run Estate Agency in Hereford town centre.
You will be dealing with properties ranging from single rooms to large houses - both For Sale and To Let.
We are looking for a confident, dynamic, energetic and likeable individual to join our team.
Main Duties:
Answering the telephone
Dealing with incoming enquiries
Arranging viewings
Dealing with property applications
Maintaining regular contact with landlords and tenants
Dealing with maintenance issues and instructing contractors
Key Skills
Previous experience in the industry is not essential, but strong organisational and administrative skills are essential.
Good telephone manner essential
Computer literate
Well presented
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Working Hours
Flexible for the right candidate
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 14 per week
