Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused office administrator to support daily operations at our automotive service center. This role involves front desk reception duties, coordinating the delivery and pick-up of customer vehicles, and processing invoices to ensure smooth and efficient service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception: Greet customers, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide general information about services.
Delivering/Picking Up Cars: Safely transport customer vehicles to and from the service center as needed, ensuring proper handling and timely delivery.
Invoicing: Prepare, review, and issue invoices accurately, handle payments, and maintain organized billing records.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred but not required.
