Belgrave Construction Ltd is seeking a reliable and proactive
Office Administrator
to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly and professional environment supporting a busy construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee fleet management, ensuring all company vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant.
Manage emails and general correspondence efficiently.
Liaise with subcontractors and employees to support smooth project operations.
Ensure the office is kept clean and always organised.
Order and manage stationery and office supplies.
Answer phone calls and assist with general office duties as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office or administrative role (construction industry experience preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence - due to the office location.
Must be available to cover staff holidays when required.
Hours:
Wednesdays:
7:30am - 4:30pm
Must work Wednesdays but flexible on other day worked
Additional hours may be required to cover holidays.
