We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our operations run smoothly, supporting our mission to provide high-quality care and support to young people transitioning out of care.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to support services.
Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with data entry and maintain databases for tracking resident progress.
Organize meetings and prepare necessary materials for staff discussions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong computer skills, including data entry capabilities.
