Join our friendly Inverness team as an

Office Administrator

and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - from welcoming visitors and coordinating meetings to supporting admin tasks and helping the team stay organised.

What you'll do:



General office admin and coordination Assist with onboarding new starters Organise supplies, facilities, and meeting arrangements Support internal communication and team events

What we're looking for:



Organised and proactive with good attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office Great communicator and team player Previous admin experience is helpful, but not essential - we'll provide training
