Local based property maintenance company seeking Office Administrator to join our insanely busy office in Kings Langley team of 5.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to hit the ground running as we enter the busy winter period. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting our team. This position requires excellent communication skills, able to multitask, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in office management software, including Xero.
This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintain and update accurate records using Xero.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and team members by phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone manner.
Carry out Risk Assessments.
Maintain accurate job records and ensure works are carried out to a high standard.
Assist in the preparation of completion reports for senior management.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or compliance support role, ideally within construction, facilities management, or fire safety.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to interpret technical documents such as fire stopping plans, specifications, and certificates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge and experience in CRM systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
