Overview


The ideal candidate will be flexible and proactive in their approach to the role . They must be confident in dealing with people , organised and able to prioritise workload , have the ability to work independently and have a high level of attention to detail .

A good working knowledge of Microsoft and competent computer skills required along with a sense of humour .

Responsibilities



Customer bookings

Processing daily banking

Using online portals

Processing of purchase invoices

Raising sales invoices and customer quotes

Answering phones and emails

Monitoring both sales and purchase ledgers

Filing , ordering parts and stationery

Updating staff holidays

Any other general administrative requirements

Experience



Whilst the above requirements are important , your attitude and ability to adapt to the everyday demands of our office are equally important to our small , close knit team .
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 38,000.00-43,000.00 per year
