A good working knowledge of Microsoft and competent computer skills required along with a sense of humour .
Responsibilities
Customer bookings
Processing daily banking
Using online portals
Processing of purchase invoices
Raising sales invoices and customer quotes
Answering phones and emails
Monitoring both sales and purchase ledgers
Filing , ordering parts and stationery
Updating staff holidays
Any other general administrative requirements
Experience
Whilst the above requirements are important , your attitude and ability to adapt to the everyday demands of our office are equally important to our small , close knit team .
