We are looking for an experienced administrator for our nursery in Kinross.
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same! Being in a care environment, any successful candidate must have a friendly and warm nature whilst possessing excellent communication and customer care skills.
Candidates must have at least 3 years' previous administrative experience with excellent computer skills a necessity.
Your responsibilities will include -
Billing and account reconciliation
Banking reconciliation
Ordering of resources, food, cleaning materials
Liaising with HR Manager in relation to staff hours & rota's
Prioritising and responding to emails
Answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages
General admin work such as filling, copying, archiving etc
Keyholder for the premises
This is a full-time, office-based position with hours worked between 7.15am and 6pm
Due to position being in a nursery, a criminal records check will be completed before employment can be confirmed and commence.
