Engel Construction Ltd is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. We are a family run construction business with large projects across London. We currently need extra support at our Head Office in East Horsley, Surrey.
Duties:
Daily check of workers hours on site using TimeKeeper
Register new starters
Process supplier orders in Quickbooks
Manage the company mailbox and respond to any queries received.
Check monthly supplier statements.
Filing
Complete forms for new suppliers
Maintain training records and book training
Order stationary
Any other admin tasks as required
Qualifications
Familiarity with MS Office, including Word and Excel would be beneficial. We are happy to provide training for the right person.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
The candidate must be able to drive, due to the location of the office in the Surrey countryside.
Hours
We are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday 10:00-15:00. However, we are willing to consider slightly different hours for the right person.
The job will be office based.
