We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to enhance our existing team within a rapidly growing business, evolving to ensure it meets its clients demands.
Primarily the role will initially be to support our Accounts team, however there will be a requirement of cross over into other departments such as Customer Service and Purchasing, whilst performing admin duties across the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, with an expected understanding of figures and data.
We are a small but growing team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of an office environment to enhance our team.
Previous officed based experience is essential. Full training will be given on our systems and process.
Responsibilities:
Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Processing recharge invoices
Resolve customer and supplier invoices queries
Statement reconciliation
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Credit control
Provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office across all facets.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Willingness to work in a team
Organisational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
