Office Administrator
to join a thriving and dynamic team, if you are hungry, determined and have a 'can do' attitude then we would like to hear from you.
Requirements
Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with customers and colleagues alike.
Previous Experience:
Preferably the ideal candidate would have experience in customer service, inbound and outbound calls, however this is not essential, as extensive training will be provided.
Professionalism:
You must have the ability to deal with professionally, calmly and tactfully with customer, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality
Driving Licence:
Ideally the preferred candidate would be able to drive to our head office, this is due to our remote location. However, should you be able to confidently make your way to the office via other methods, then we are happy to consider.

Answering High-Volume Inbound Calls:
Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely assistance with specific enquiries and efficiently booking jobs to meet their needs.
Providing Personalised Customer Service:
Always deliver a high level of personalised customer service, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and build lasting relationships.
Liaising with Engineers:
Collaborate closely with our dedicated plumbing & drainage engineers to schedule follow-on jobs for customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
