We're looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive
Office Administrator
to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll support day-to-day office operations, assist with order processing, manage administrative tasks, and be a key point of contact for internal and external communications.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and document handling
Support order processing, dispatch coordination, and stock records
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and paper)
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Provide general admin support to management and staff as needed
Requirements:
Previous office/admin experience preferred (1+ year)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail
Friendly, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
