Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet and assist visitors
Manage and maintain office and other supplies inventory
Manage the Loyverse till, cash and card payments.
Managing Xero including inputting and numbering receipts, income and expenses on Xero
Raise invoices and chase payments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and messages
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, organising documents for easy retrieval
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, hires, events and rotas
Input activity/project data for reporting and collating evidence
Creating posters and adverts
Updating website and Social Media
Liaise with manager
Other ad hoc duties that may be required: such as assisting with different departments, helping with deliveries and shop organising etc
Experience:
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs and perform basic troubleshooting
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience using Xero would be an advantage however training will be provided
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently while also being a team player
