Managing office operations: Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Providing administrative support: Assisting staff and customers, and handling correspondence
Organising and maintaining records: Updating computer records, databases, and spreadsheets
Assisting with financial tasks: Handling bookkeeping, budgeting, billing, and payroll
Scheduling appointments and meetings: Organising meetings
Coordinating office events
Designing office workflow, and all office housekeeping
Operating and maintaining office equipment: Ensuring computers, fax machines, and copy machines are working properly
Ensuring all office documentation is compliant with Financial and GDPR regulations: Keeping the company compliant with all regulated and governing bodies
