Hello! We are a friendly and welcoming team looking for an Office Administrator to join a new and exciting challenge with us.

Unfortunately we are not able to sponsor visas for this position so are only able to take applications from UK based candidates. A minimum of 3 years previous paid administration experience is required.

Responsibilities:



Taking Phone Calls:

Answer calls professionally, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar.

Triaging Clients:

Assess clients and triage to the appropriate clinician.

Responding to Enquiries:

Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with accurate information about services and policies.

Liaising with Other Professionals:

Communicate and coordinate with external healthcare providers, insurance companies, and referral agencies.

Keeping Records Up to Date:

Maintain accurate, confidential client records and ensure compliance with data protection laws.

Administrative Support:

Manage paperwork, invoices, payments, and office supplies while assisting with general office tasks.

Client Support:

Welcome clients, provide assistance with forms, and ensure a friendly, professional environment.

Monitoring Clinic Operations:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and address technical or maintenance issues.

Role details and benefits



Location: The role is based at our therapy space in Finchley Central (N3 1QB). This is a full time in person position as you will also be front of house and a first point of contact for clients entering the clinic.

Annual leave: 30 days per year (or NHS entitlement if more)

Hours: Full time (9-5)

Bonus: You will be eligible for bonus payments which will be discussed during the interview process.

CPD and supervision: We are keen to support you with your professional development and are very happy to discuss options for further learning. You will be provided with regular supervision as part of this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
