Roles & Responsibilities
? Oversee general office operations, including facility management and supplies procurement.
? Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
? Manage correspondence and phone calls
? Maintain company records, databases, and documentation.
? Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
? Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
? Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office functioning.
? Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and data protection protocols.
Skills & Experience
? Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
? Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
