Office Administrator

In this role, you'll support the Office Manager and senior management team with a wide range of responsibilities, from travel bookings and meeting coordination to onboarding new joiners onto our systems and keeping the office running smoothly.

What you'll do
:
Office Operations
: Support the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office, including maintaining a tidy and organised environment, managing kitchen and meeting room cleanliness.
Administrative Support
: Provide diary management, scheduling, report preparation, and minute-taking for the Office Manager and senior management team.
Expense Management
: Process and manage expense claims for staff.
Travel & Event Coordination
: Book travel and accommodation, and organise office events.
IT Support
: Act as the first point of contact for basic IT issues.
Visitor & Call Management
: Welcome and greet visitors, handle email inquiries, answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required.
Meeting Room Management
: Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure meetings are properly serviced (e.g., providing drinks).
Mail & Deliveries
: Assist with sorting and delivering incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Office Admin experience:
A minimum of 1+ year of professional, office-based administrative experience in a similarly fast-paced corporate business.
Proficiency in minute-taking and diary management is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate-level Excel.

This role requires experience in a broad, varied office administration function. We are
not
seeking candidates whose experience is limited to front-of-house or reception roles. The ideal candidate will have supported wider business operations such as diary management, travel booking, onboarding new starters, and providing administrative support to multiple teams in a fast-paced office environment.
