Location: Imperial Wharf (Hammersmith & Fulham), London
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 (depending on experience)
Working Pattern: Part-time or Full-time (on-site)

It's about supporting families from their first point of contact and playing a vital part in our admissions process, communications, and day-to-day operations.

About the Role



As our Office Administrator, you'll be the welcoming presence at the heart of our school, managing enquiries, supporting admissions, coordinating communications, and keeping our office systems running smoothly. You'll work closely with our General Manager and Admissions & Partnership Manager to create a seamless, professional experience for families and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Be the first point of contact for all admissions enquiries (phone, email, online) Maintain accurate records across systems, including our MIS Schedule tours, assessments, and coordinate with clinical teams Provide administrative support for open days, events, and marketing Manage day-to-day office tasks, reception duties, and supply orders Monitor attendance, generate reports, and manage the Centre calendar Ensure safeguarding, site access, and visitor protocols are followed Open and close the site in line with operational procedures

What You'll Need



Essential:

Previous experience in admin, admissions, or customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident using Outlook, Word, Excel, and digital tools Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure Comfortable with multitasking in a busy school or healthcare setting
Desirable:

Experience using Canva or working on social media/marketing content Familiarity with Management Information System (MIS) platforms Experience working in SEN, healthcare, or education environments Event coordination experience or supporting family-facing events
